Where are your products shipped from?

We have warehousing capabilities in the US, Europe and Asia and through various partnerships are able to ship around the world.

When will a Product be restocked, if it is out of stock at that time?

If your product has arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of the product’s arrival for a resolution.

This is a rare case where a shipment shows DELIVERED but was not received by the customer. This can happen if someone else has signed the package or it would be a mistake made by the shipping company.

In this case, we recommend you to ask other members of your family or neighbors to see if one of them could have signed it. It could also still be at your local post office awaiting for you to go and pick it up. How long does it take to process an order?

Most of our orders are picked, packed and handed over to the shipping partners within 2-3 days from the moment we receive them. A small percentage of our orders from certain warehouses can take 3-4
days to move through that process. Our warehouse staff in all our locations work tirelessly to get orders out and into the hands of the carriers as quickly as humanly possible. As soon as they do, our system will issue you with the tracking number associated with your order

Our Shipments mostly take 2-3 weeks after order processing depending upon your location.

We care about our customers and therefore offer a 30 day Return Policy, which allows customers to return a product for a replacement, exchange or refund. When we send the replaced product, we do not charge any other shipping or restocking fee. If you purchased a product from us and are not happy with it, you may return it within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund.
